Ching Ming Festival(Tomb Sweeping Day) run-bings and singing Taiwanese poems 清明佳節～吃潤餅唸台語歌謠

April 5th is a big holiday for Chinese people. We will go to our family graves and clean them. We also place and burn paper money as well as set out food to thank our ancestors.
One tradition is eating run-bings.  They are like sweet Chinese burritos. We wrap vegetables, egg, and sometimes meat, along with some powdered sugar. Sounds weird, but quite tasty.
 印象中我小時候，媽媽做過潤餅給我們吃。我很喜歡吃裡面甜甜的糖粉，所以特愛吃潤餅，所以今年清明節來臨前，我特地請朋友幫我買潤餅。當然我不是很並很會做潤餅，我還拿杏仁搗碎加入糖粉來替代花生糖粉，不過小孩愛吃，就像我愛吃糖粉一樣。
