There is a dry river that we decided to set up camp in. It's just behind my parent's house. We slept in the car and the kids slept in the tent.
Because we were camping, a campfire was given. My husband was a boy scout boy and he also got his Eagle. I let him make a campfire with the children. I barbecued food for dinner and they made s'mores for dessert.
We had a good picnic out doors that night.
這幾年我跟我弟生了小孩，所以過年回家時候，家裡沒有足夠的空間給我們全家住，今年也有自己的車可以開回老家。因此，決定在自己家的後面乾涸的溪地裡搭建帳篷跟起營火，我家老公是名童子軍，他家的每個男孩也都是獲得童子軍的最高榮譽Eagle boy scout。 這項學習奠定我老公許多基本野外求生技能，所以今天就由他來搭建營火吧。
How to build a campfire
起營火
1.搭起營火圈，這次用石頭搭成一圈
2.確定沒有接近易燃地方
3.先放乾草
4.接著要放小樹枝
5.堆放乾樹枝要有空間，不可以太密，要讓空氣流通
6.點燃營火，一次點燃三個不同地方，使營火快速點燃
7.火起來後，放上稍大木頭，等火越來旺，可以放粗一點木頭
8.火勢穩定後，慢慢加木頭
9.烤上棉花糖跟你家人朋友可以一邊聊天，一邊賞享受營火的溫暖

火很旺，香腸都焦了，配點生菜，中和一下口味
