And we made some special food and cookies for lunch. We ate a lot and and had a great time. Unfortunately Corban got very sick and threw up all over the place during lunch. He didn't enjoy today so much. Hopefully he'll stop putting his fingers in his mouth. He hopefully learned a lesson this time, he knows getting sick is not fun at all.
Then at night I went to church with Amira, because there was a boy who got baptized today. He was one of my students in the CTR 6 class at church. I got to give a talk during his baptism today. I love this boy, he is smart and has faith in God and he has the same birthday as mine which is "awesome". I made special cookies and a card for him. He was my first student to invite me to talk at a baptism. It was very special for me. The boy's father was baptized on Dec.25 2013. That way he could baptize his son. The boy and I always discussed how he could help his dad get baptized. He said he would like to pray for his father and set a good example for his him, too. I can testify that Heavenly Father answered his prayers and now his family has a chance to be sealed in the temple this year and live together forever.

今天是2014年的第一天，晴空萬里，陽光暖煦，微風輕飄，這是非常特別的新年開始，過去幾星期來都是陰雨綿綿，令人難以忍受。但今天真是太棒了，我們享受了一個陽光普照的好天氣。因為太好了，我們決定好好利用，我們開車去了蘆竹羊稠步道。步道很平坦，樹間灑下和煦的陽光，小孩一路上看著大大小小的蜘蛛網，興奮不已。我們享受一個美好的歨道之旅。接著我們去了好市多挑聖誕節禮物。因為Pieter的外婆給每個小孩可以挑選聖誕禮物的錢。所以我們的小孩選了自己喜歡的書或玩具。對小孩來說，真是開心。
當然我們不可以放過假日可以花時間好好煮飯的好機會，我做了韓國料理，我先生做了好吃的德國捲。因為晚上要參加洗禮會，我外加做了一套好吃又簡單的奶油餅乾，我要送給這個即將洗禮的小朋友。
這個小朋友是我在教會小選班的學生，他非常可愛也十分聰明，他還跟我同一天生日，這讓我跟他緣分更是特別。我也知道他想八歲洗禮，可是他爸爸並未同意，我們經常討論如何可以幫助他的爸爸願意同意他洗禮的問題，他表示他願意經常祈禱跟做好榜樣。我相信這個小孩的信心，已經得到天父的回答。因為他父親在去年聖誕節加入教會。而這個小朋友更是可以在今年的第一天加入教會。因此他們家庭可以有機會在聖殿做家庭印證。我見證這美好的家庭已經受到神的祝福，希望他們持守到底。
