Making Christmas cards 製作聖誕節卡片

Another Christmas activity is making Christmas cards for our ward missionaries.

In our church we have a lot couple missionaries (husband and wife missionaries who go on full time missions after they retire from their employment. These missionaries sacrifice

their time about one and half or two years to service. They just want to share the gospel for everyone in the world. During their service, all living expenses are self supplied.

All they want to do is bring Jesus Christ's gospel to people. We want people to have a better life and know that a family can be together forever.

Ever year we send some gifts to the missionaries to thank them for their sacrifice and service.

This year we did the same thing but I add one job for the children. We spent time making Christmas cards

for the missionaries. Then the children had a chance to do something for people. In the Christmas season, we can have more chances to share and serve people. The kids also had fun making the cards and sharing their love. I know one day they will remember what we did and can pass on the tradition.

I love Christmas.

今天就來做聖誕卡片吧，剛好支會有幾對夫婦傳教士、長老和姊妹。我們趁有空的時間，分工做出聖誕節卡片，卡片主題就是聖誕樹上的圓球吊飾。小孩們剪下圓球，壓出小棵聖誕樹，然後貼在卡片上，這樣就大工告成了。希望藉著聖誕節卡片的製作，幫助小孩認識到傳教士的犧牲跟奉獻，我們也可以利用這種方式，來表達我們對傳教士的感謝。我們教會傳教士，全部都是犧牲自己一年半到兩年的個人時間，出來傳教。所用的經費都是他們自己提供的。全然的犧牲跟奉獻，只有一個目的就是宣講基督的福音。希望願意聽到這項美好訊息的人，可以帶給他們永恆的幸福快樂，藉著福音的生活，家人可以更幸福更快樂，並能享有全家人永遠在一起的永恆超升的祝福。

小孩們喜歡做卡片，很開心。希望這可以在他們心中種下一個願意分享跟感謝的心。
